Updated: Automatic Update from Version 6.X to Version 7.3.14

This automatic update will now go directly from all previous firmware versions to version 7.3.14, which is snom's latest stable, feature rich, field approved firmware for snom3x0 phones (snom300, snom320, snom360, snom370). Additionally the bootloader update (used to be only in V7.1.33) is also included. The manual update steps have been changed, too. Please check out:

New Metasearch facilitates access to knowledgebase

Meanwhile snom's support knowledgebase contains a lot of useful information including FAQ, articles, descriptions, settings, etc. but unfortunately searching (and finding) has always been difficult due to search engine restrictions. Additionally we were looking for a chance to allow easy troubleshooting even those customers who don't know about the WIKI knowledgabase at all. The common solution is the english/german Metasearch frontend, check it out and send your feedback:

Auto Provisioning Test Tool for Plug-and-Play method available

There's a test tool available which allows anybody to implement a very easy-to-use auto provisioning environment w/o DHCP server options. The tool supports the PnP feature which is integrated in snom3x0/8x0 phone firmware natively. Check out the following link:
