If you have discovered a hardware fault with one of our products, please follow these steps:

Should you discover a hardware fault - regardless within or outside the warranty period - please contact the vendor where you initially purchased the product from.

If you don't know your vendor, please check the list of snom distributors and/or snom VARs in your region
