Answer

The snom m9 uses Time Server technology known as Network Time Protocol (NTP). The time server can be either a DNS name or IP. If time zone settings and time server configuration are correct, check the DNS cache to see if it is able to resolve the hostname. You find the information in the web interface behind DNS Cache.
