Answer

If you are a snom Partner (Registered VAR, Distributor etc.)

If you are a snom Partner (Registered VAR, Distributor etc.), here is how you can enable or disable notification emails for new firmware updates:

  • You probably already have an account on www.snom.com. If you don't have an account on www.snom.com then probably you have an end customer account on support.snom.com, in which case please read the procedure for end customer accounts
  • Go to www.snom.com, click on Partner-Login


  • Login with your email and password


  • Then click on Update your partner profile on the right side of the screen:


  • Scroll down and edit the option Tick here to receive firmware update e-mails :

If you are an end customer

If you are an end customer, here is how you can enable or disable notification emails for new Firmware updates:

  • Click on My account

  • And edit the option Receive Firmware update e-mails:
