Call Waiting Indication

  • Handset is alerted for Waiting Call
  • Waiting call can be accepted/rejected using the “Options” menu



Call Hold

  • While “Connected”, press Options to bring up “Options” menu
  • Select Hold Call
  • Press “Resume” to re-connect the held call



Call Transfer (Blind)

  • While “Connected”, press Options to bring up “Options” menu
  • Select Transfer Call
  • Enter Transfer Destination and press “OK”
  • Handset performs transfer and goes back to Idle mode
  • The function uses SIP REFER for Call Transfer
  • Note: To transfer the call to an address book contact, press the down navigation key in the Enter Number screen to being up the address book. Select the contact to transfer the call to and press the OK key.



Call Bridging (Attended Transfer)

  • While “Connected”, press Options to bring up “Options” menu
  • Select New Call
  • Enter New Call Number and press “OK”
  • When “Connected”, press Options to bring up “Options” menu
  • Select Bridge Calls
  • Handset performs transfer and goes back to Idle mode
  • The function uses SIP REFER for Attended Transfer
  • Note: Call Bridging can also be performed with the "Hangup" key by enabling the setting Identity->Behavior->Transfer on Onhook



Call Conference (Conference)

  • While “Connected”, press Options to bring up Options menu
  • Select New Call
  • Enter New Call Number and press “OK”
  • When “Connected”, press Options to bring up Options menu
  • Select Conference
  • Handsets are all connected with each other and can send and receive audio



Call Forwarding

  • Click on “Behavior” and select “Call Forwarding Mode”
  • Enter forwarding destination in “Call Forwarding Number”
  • Forwarding Status is indicated on Handset


Call Divert Ringing

  • The ringing divert feature allows the user to divert the incoming call to a manually entered destination
  • In ringing mode, press the Menu key to bring up the Options screen
  • Select Divert Call, enter target destination and press OK



Do-not-Disturb

  • Click on “Behavior” and select “DND” mode
  • DND status is indicated on Handset
  • Activating DND will reject all incoming calls for the SIP Identity and its associated Handset will not be alerted
