   • I would like to update to the latest released Version 1.16.
   • I would like to test the latest BETA Version 1.20.
   • Where can I find the release notes?.
2. I don't know which firmware version is installed on my snom m3. Where can I find this information?
3. During the firmware update a code number appeared on my phone's display. What does it mean?
   • Update Error Codes
