DESCRIPTION
This is an OCS specific setting. When on, the phone will publish its machine state to the OCS server as well as its device capabilities. The machine state is initially 'available'. If inactive_timeout and away_timeout are set, it will eventually move to 'inactive' and then to 'away'. Note that if you set your phone to not report the machine state it cannot not be part of a response group (since the phone will never become available and therefore no calls will be routed to it).
