Introduction

The keypad on snom phones is used to operate the phone. The keypad (including LEDs) is grouped in up to 8 functional units:

1. Navigation Keys
2. Alphanumeric Keys
   • 12 x on all snom3x0
3. Audio Device Control Keys
   • 4 x on snom320, snom360, snom370
   • 2 x on snom300
4. Free Function Keys with LEDs
   • 12 x on snom320, snom360, snom370 --> the number of keys can be expanded via Extension Keypad
   • 6 x on snom300
   • Firmware Version : Configuration via Web User Interface
   • Firmware Version : Configuration via Web User Interface
5. Preprogrammed Function Keys
   • 12 x on snom320, snom360, snom370 only
   • Firmware Version : Configuration via Web User Interface
   • Firmware Version : Configuration via Web User Interface
6. Context-Sensitive Function Keys
   • 4 x on snom320, snom360, snom370 only
   • Firmware Version : Configuration via Web User Interface
7. Message LED
8. Call Indication LED (snom370 only)
