Firmware/V8/820/VPN

1. Performing this update is ONLY recommended when VPN connectivity is required and must be carried out by experienced system integrators or Snom Certified Engineers!
2. Check the feature list of Version 8.4.31 carefully!
3. Check the release notes for version 8.4.31 carefully!
4. Perform the update from 8.X to VPN Version 8.4.31 following the steps below:

Open the Web User Interface and navigate to the Software Update page

Paste the link into the Firmware field

Web User Interface -> Software Update -> Firmware

Press Load

--> The phone reboots and may ask you to perform the update
Click

Note: Do not disconnect the power at anytime!

Check you firmware version afterwards
