Important Hints

1. Check the feature list and the release notes for version 7 carefully!
2. Check the firmware version installed on your phone
   1. If your snom phone (snom300, snom320, snom 360) is already running a firmware version 7.X (below 7.1.33) please continue with the Manual Update from Version 7.X
   2. If your snom phone (snom320, snom 360) is running a firmware version 6.X, 5.X, 4.X or 3.X respectively please continue with the Automatic Update from Version 3.X,4.X,5.X,6.X

Automatic Update from Version 3.X,4.X,5.X,6.X to 7.1.30

Use ONLY the automatic update using the scripts provided below (for further information read the detailed automatic update description)

Right-click on the following link: snom300 snom320 snom360

Choose Copy shortcut Paste the link into Webinterface -> Advanced -> Update -> Setting URL field

Press Save Press Reboot The phone reboots and performs all necessary update steps automatically. Do not disconnect the power at anytime!

Manual Update from Version 7.X to 7.1.33

Use the manual update:

Right-click on the following link: snom300 7.1.33 snom320 7.1.33 snom360 7.1.33 snom370 7.1.33

Choose Copy shortcut Paste the link into Webinterface -> Software Update -> Firmware field

Press Load The phone reboots and performs the update. Do not disconnect the power at anytime!

Manual Update from Version 7.X to 7.3.4

Use the manual update:

Right-click on the following link: snom300 7.3.4 snom320 7.3.4 snom360 7.3.4 snom370 7.3.4

Choose Copy shortcut Paste the link into Webinterface -> Software Update -> Firmware field
