Firmware/V7/Downgrade
From Snom User Wiki
Before downgrading your phone from Version 7 to Version 6.5.13:
- Check the firmware version installed on your phone
- Read the detailed automatic downgrade description
- Check the release notes for version 6.5.13
- Follow the description from the table below:

| Use ONLY the automatic script method: |
| Right-click on the following link, choose Copy shortcut and paste the link into Webinterface -> Advanced -> Update -> Setting URL field --> Press Save --> Press Reboot |
| The phone reboots and performs all necessary downgrade steps automatically. Do not disconnect the power at anytime! |
Note: The latest stable firmware version 6.5.18 must be updated manually!
