Firmware/V6/Latest Release

  1. Check the release notes for version 6.5.20 carefully!
  2. Perform the update from V6.X to Version 6.5.20 following the steps below:
Right-click on one of the following links and choose Copy shortcut:
snom300 6.5.20 snom320 6.5.20 snom360 6.5.20

Open the Web User Interface and navigate to the Software Update page

Paste the link into the Firmware field

Web User Interface -> Software Update -> Firmware

Press Load

--> The phone reboots and may ask you to perform the update
Click

Note: Do not disconnect the power at anytime!

Check you firmware version afterwards
