Introduction

The "Calls" screen is another possibility to visualize the activity on monitored extensions. It is only available from firmware version 7 onwards on snom360 and snom370. It displays the following states:

• ringing
• connected

Configuration

The “Calls” list may be offered automatically when a monitored extension gets a call and is in the ringing state. This behavior is turned off by default:

• Dialog-Info Call Pickup <ON>

If you want the "Calls" screen to appear manually it has to be configured on the context-sensitive function keys first:

• Web User Interface -> Setup -> Function Keys: Context-sensitive function keys S1 / S2 / S3 / S4 <Calls>
