Answer

When this setting is turned On and you have multiple Sip accounts assign to the same Handset, you can select what outgoing identity you want to call from. To call, you just need to add the Identity Line number (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 or 9) depending under what Sip account line it is configured followed with a hash (*) and the phone number you want to dial to. Examples of Line Switching:

1*1234 -> Handset Dials 1234 from Identity 1
7*956  -> Handset Dials 956 from Identity 7
4567   -> Handset Dials from current Identity for the Handset
