If you are still not able to get the right time on your handset, you might be experiencing DNS resolution problems in your network, which can result in the m9 being unable to retrieve the time from the time server. To fix this problem, try using the IP address of your Time Server instead of the hostname. e.g. if you using the default snom NTP server (ntp.snom.com), replace it with the IP address 188.40.67.131 under Time/Language->Time Server on the web portal of the snom m9. Press Save and Reboot the device.
