Answer
If you are a snom Partner (Registered VAR, Distributor etc.), here is how you can open a trouble ticket:
- You probably already have an account on www.snom.com. If you don't have an account please open one by registering here: http://www.snom.com/en/partners/become-a-partner/register-as-snom-var/
- Go to www.snom.com, click on Partner-Login
- Login with your email and password
- Then click on Contact Partner Support on the right side of the screen:
- And submit a new ticket:
