Answer

It may be a matter of compatibility with the proxy server or the other side or a similar reason. Please use the following settings to achieve the highest compatibility; be advised that you may lose safety and maybe some functionality.

Line page SIP tab: 

Long SIP-Contact (RFC3840) -> "off"
Support broken Registrar -> "on"

Advanced page: 

Filter Packets from Registrar -> "off"
