Introduction

Phone directories are used to store frequently dialed phone numbers and link them to customer information, e.g. name, category, etc. snom phones (snom3x0) support the following directory types:

Internal Directory

The internal directory can be accessed from the Phone User Interface (PUI) and configured via Web User Interface (WUI) as explained in our User Manual (page 81).

External Directory
