Overview
XCAP (XML Configuration Access Protocol) defines a standadized way to access (read/write) documents in a network using the HTTP-protocol. Our phones since version 8.4.3 and 8.2.29 can synchronize their internal directory with the one provided via XCAP. In the simplest scenario you'd only need a simple HTTP server that provides directories for every user. If the server (like most) doesn't allow placing files via "put" you will end up with one-way synchronization were the snom-phones receive modifications and new entries from the network but keep their local changes for them selves.
